During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the modern style of the hotel and the awesome food. The buffet-style breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold items, and I appreciated the extra effort of the hotel staff when they provided a breakfast bag for our early departure. the location of the hotel was excellent, as it was only a 10-minute walk to the old town. The warm welcome and upgrade to a room with a balcony were also great perks.
The temperature inside the hotel was a downside, as it was quite cold with cold winds coming in. With temperatures as low as 1 degree Celsius, it was uncomfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the old town, within walking distance to various modes of transportation. It is also close to VIRU square, which is next to the historical center of the town. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with modern interiors and good daily cleaning. The breakfast offers a satisfying and delicious variety of options. the hotel provides complimentary Wi-Fi and basic amenities such as a kettle, hair dryer, and toiletries.
The reception service could be more professional.

The room I was upgraded to at the Park Inn was spacious and had a luxurious bath. The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in a convenient location.

We had a fantastic stay with clean and spacious rooms on the 6th floor, including a nice balcony. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from the harbor, center, and close to the airport. The hotel facilities were great, with a great breakfast at the Kompass restaurant and friendly staff who provided excellent service. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Rotermanni district and close proximity to the cruise port.

As women travelling alone, we appreciated the friendly staff and delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. The location next to the Rotermann quarter and a short walk from the old town was also great.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and with easy access to public transportation. We were able to explore the city and visit all the major sights with ease. The hotel itself was luxurious, providing enhanced comfort and quality services.
